Precondition of successful participation in the process that we call supervision is being familiar with that form of work. That is why the lecture and exercises will respond to some questions that illuminates this kind of work necessary for professional training: what is supervision, with what it deals with, which are the needs of the supervised on different levels of experience, sharing the responsibility for successful supervision, processes in supervision, psychic, professional and personal in supervision, forms and types of supervision. Listeners are invited, after every sequence of lecture, to get involved into the supervisory conversation if they notice that that part of their professional work is a challenge to new possibilities. Listeners are also invited to remember their hardest case and that in supervisory work get insight in the reasons why that work was as hard as it was and/or less successful. Supervision makes possible for us our growth and development both on professional and personal level.

Preduvjet uspješnog sudjelovanja u procesu koji zovemo supervizija je poznavanje tog oblika rada.Zato će predavanje i vježbe odgovoriti na neka pitanja koja rasvjetljavaju ovu neophodnu vrstu rada za profesionalno osposobljavanje: što je supervizija, čime se bavi, koje su potrebe supervizanata na različitim razinama iskustva, dijeljenje odgovornosti za uspješnu superviziju, procesi u superviziji, psihičko, profesionalno i personalno u superviziji,oblici i vrste supervizije. Slušatelji su pozvani da se nakon svake sekvence predavanja jave u supervizijski razgovor ako uvide da je taj dio njihovog profesionalnog rada izazov za nove mogućnosti.Slušatelji su isto tako pozvani da se sjete svog najtežeg slučaja i da u supervizijskom radu steknu uvid u to zašto je taj rad bio tako težak i/ili manje uspješan. Supervizija nam omogućava da rastemo i razvijamo se i u profesionalnoj i u osobnoj razini.

I was born in Zagreb on 04th of January in 1949. where I finished high school and Faculty of Philosophy.

In the 1974 I graduated in Psychology and Sociology.

In the 1987 I got masters degree in the field of Psychology.

I specialized in two areas of psychotherapy practice:

In the 1990 I graduated Transactional Analysis in the framework of international and European organization for Transactional Analysis in Brussels.

In the 1992 I graduated Cybernetics Psychotherapy at the Medical Faculty, University of Zagreb.

In the 1992 I got a degree for Psychotherapy teacher and supervisor in Stockholm.

I am an Expert in Applied Psychology, which is commonly called human resources management.

I graduated for a Teacher of „development of basic human values" of children and adults in Zurich at the international spiritual organization service.

I worked as a lecturer, supervisor and author of all programs in: Zagreb business school and Zadar business school, in the education of managers, (these schools no longer exist), I constantly educated administrative secretaries in the field of  psychology of communication and interpersonal relations and in management at the Open University of Zagreb. In several large companies and numerous private companies I'm a permanent staff assistant for the selection and care of human resources.

Since 1990 I keep working in the field of psychotherapy, counseling and performing different professional programs in my own private practice, I lead training in  Psychotherapy, Negotiation and Communication, and I also supervise their work.

  I'm an initiator of the registration of the Transaction Analysis Association in Croatia and I was president of the Association for three terms. In the framework of this Association I educated seven generations of Transactional Analysts in various fields of application. I'm the author of a number of programs for public that I preformed alone or together with my students. For example, for Sisak-Moslavina County in accordance with the Chairman of the County, I've created a program for return of the refugees and work with the returned ones, program for the peaceful reintegration and nonviolence. I trained people to work on the Blue phone (help line) and supervised their work since 1996 till 1998 I created and led a program on the development of human values and their application in everyday life, family, business and management situations as a condition of moral excellence and the prevention of disease and violence. This program was approved and verified by the City Assembly of the City Zagreb and the State Office for the Protection of Family, Maternity and Youth.

  I organized professional help for refugees and displaced persons; I worked with the wounded and other war victims. I trained and supervised several organizations and charitable associations for help and work with people during the war and immediately after the war, such as the Center for Women War Victims.

How am I a member of the European and the Worlds Transactional Analysis Association, the only certified teacher and supervisor in Croatia and member of Council for Psychotherapy from Transactional Analysis all of my programs are verified and supervised from these levels.  

I am a lecturer in postgraduate study at the Study Centre for Social Work at the Law Faculty in Zagreb. With the Faculty for Social Work, I was the holder and contractor program for “children with problems in adaptation and learning” in elementary schools in Zagreb.

In the preschools in the Zagreb County for many years now I lead professional development for teachers in relation to non-violence education, prevention of addiction and the development children autonomous personality.  

Rođena sam u Zagrebu, 04.01.1949. godine, gdje sam završila gimnaziju i Filozofski fakultet.  1974. godine sam diplomirala psihologiju i sociologiju.  1987. godine magistrirala sam iz područja psihologije.  Specijalizirala sam dva područja psihoterapijske prakse:  1990. godine diplomirala sam transakcijsku analizu u okviru međunarodne i europske organizacije za transakcijsku analizu u Briselu.  1992. godine diplomirala sam kibernetiku psihoterapije pri Medicinskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu.   1992. godine diplomirala sam za učitelja i supervizora psihoterapije u Štokholmu.  Stručnjak sam za primijenjenu psihologiju koja se obično naziva upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima.  Diplomirala sam za učitelja “razvoja osnovnih ljudskih vrijednosti”djece i odraslih u Cirihu pri međunarodnoj duhovnoj organizaciji služenja.

  Radila sam kao predavač i supervizor te autor svih programa u: Zagrebačkoj poslovnoj školi i Zadarskoj poslovnoj školi u edukaciji menadžera, (ove škole više ne postoje), trajno sam educirala u Otvorenom učilištu u Zagrebu poslovne tajnice u psihologiji komunikacije i međuljudskih odnosa te u menadžmentu. U nekoliko velikih tvrtki i mnogobrojnim privatnim firmama trajni sam suradnik za izbor kadrova i za brigu o ljudskim potencijalima.   Od 1990. na dalje neprestano se bavim psihoterapijom, savjetovanjem i izvođenjem raznih stručnih programa u vlastitoj privatnoj praksi, vodim edukacije za psihoterapeute, pregovarače i komunikologe i superviziram njihov rad.

  Inicijator sam registracije udruge transakcijske analize u Hrvatskoj i bila sam predsjednik te Udruge kroz tri mandata. U okviru programa rada ove udruge educirala sam do sada sedam generacija transakcijskih analitičara za razna područja primjene. Autorica sam niza programa za javnost koje sam sama ili zajedno sa svojim studentima izvodila. Primjerice, za Sisačko-Moslavačku županiju u dogovoru sa županom izradila sam program za povratak izbjeglih i rad sa povratnicima, program za mirnu reintegraciju i nenasilje. Educirala sam i supervizirala rad ljudi na Plavom telefonu od 1996. do 1998. godine. Kreirala sam i vodila program o razvoju ljudskih vrijednosti i njihovoj primjeni u svakodnevnom životu, obitelji, poslovnim situacijama i menadžmentu kao uvjet moralnog uspjeha i kao prevenciju oboljenja i nasilja. Ovaj program su odobrili i verificirali Gradska skupština grada Zagreba i Državni zavod za zaštitu obitelji, materinstva i mladeži.

  Organizirala sam stručnu pomoć za prognanike i izbjeglice, radila sam sa ranjenicima i drugim stradalnicima rata. Educirala sam i supervizirala u nekoliko organizacija i dobrotvornih udruga za pomoć i rad sa ljudima tijekom Domovinskog rata i neposredno nakon rata, kao npr. u Centru za žene žrtve rata.  Kako sam članica Europskog i Svjetskog udruženja transakcijske analize, jedini certificirani učitelj i supervizor u Hrvatskoj i član Vijeća za psihoterapiju iz transakcijske analize svi moji programi verificirani su i supervizirani sa tih razina.  Predavač sam na poslijediplomskom studiju na Studijskom centru za socijalni rad pri Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Sa Fakultetom za socijalni rad bila sam nositelj i izvoditelj programa za “djecu sa problemima u adaptaciji i učenju” u OŠ grada Zagreba.  U predškolskim ustanovama u Zagrebačkoj županiji već niz godina vodim stručno usavršavanje za odgojitelje u vezi odgoja za nenasilje, prevenciju ovisnosti i razvoja djece u autonomne ličnosti.

Telling the unpleasant news 
When preparing for their professional career, physicians get focussed on “wins”. It is important to learn the ways human organism is supposed to work, and if something “goes wrong”, to be able to bring it back “to order”. Very rarely are they being prepared to the fact that this may simply fail, as the forces they faced were more powerful. Some medical branches encounter fails more often than victories. As a result, they must pass the bad news on to those concerned – close relatives. Learning to deal with the situation professionally, sensitively, and with maximum security for all those concerned, it is the workshop objective; it prepares intensive medicine doctors to situations they had not been trained for in course of their medical studies. Some TA concepts are used to enable understanding of what is involved in situations of telling unpleasant news. 

Kako reći loše vijesti? 
Kada se liječnici pripremaju za svoju profesionalnu karijeru fokus je na ‘’pobjedama’’. Važno je znati kako ljudski organizam funkcionira, a ako nešto pođe po krivu važno je znati kako vratiti situaciju ‘’natrag u red’’. Liječnici su vrlo rijetko pripremljeni za situacije u kojima je to nemoguće, jer su sile s kojima se suočavaju premoćne. U nekim područjima medicine puno su češći gubitci nego dobitci. U skladu s tim, liječnici moraju prenijeti loše vijesti osobama bliskim pacijentu. Cilj ove radionice  je naučiti kako se nositi profesionalno u ovakvim situacijama, kako biti senzibilan, te kako stvoriti sigurno okruženje za sve uključene. Ova radionica priprema liječnike za situacije za koje nisu pripremljeni tijekom studija. Koristiti ćemo neke koncepte transakcijske analize kako bismo bolje razumjeli što se događa u situacijama kada moramo reći lošu vijest.

Julie Hay

Developmental TA or Positive Psychology?
During this workshop I will present various re-designs of TA concepts where I have shifted the emphasis from pathology to health.  I will reference the original material and show how changes in terminology and diagramming can invite clients and participants to feel more hopeful about their ability to change and grow.  I will also explain how we can monitor our language patterns to ensure we avoid unwittingly helping clients to stay stuck, how we can use some TA and NLP ideas to get ‘quick wins’ by helping clients get more control over their reactions, and how this can reassure clients who then want to work ion deeper issues.

Julie Hay has been teaching TA around the world for over 30 years.  She is a TSTA OE and a Licensed NLP Trainer, and is now a student at Metanoia for the Counselling and Psychotherapy fields, as well as attending trauma training with Babette Rothschild. ,  Julie has written many articles and books on TA, is a past president of both ITAA and EATA, and is now the Editor of the new EATA International Journal for TA Research. Julie leads Developmental TA programmes in the UK, the Ukraine and Poland. 

Razvojna TA ili pozitivna psihologija? 
Tijekom ove radionice predstavit ću različite preoblikovane tj. prenamijenjene TA koncepte u kojima sam pomaknula naglasak s patologije na zdravlje. Upućivat ću na izvornu građu i pokazati kako promjene u terminologiji i dijagramiranju mogu pozvati klijente i sudionike da se osjećaju optimističnije u vezi svoje sposobnosti za promjenu i rast. Također, objasnit ću kako možemo promatrati i pratiti obrasce u jeziku/govoru i tako izbjeći da nehotice podržavamo i održavamo „zaglavljenost“ klijenata, kako možemo koristiti neke TA i NLP ideje da bismo postigli  „brze pobjede“ pomažući klijentima da zadobiju više kontrole nad svojim reakcijama, te kako to može ohrabriti klijente koji žele raditi na dubljim problemima. 

Julie Hay podučava TA širom svijeta preko 30 godina. Julie je TSTA OE i licencirana NLP trenerica, a trenutno se obučava za polja savjetovanja i psihoterapije u Metanoi te pohađa trening za rad s traumama s Babette Rothschild. Julie je napisala brojne članke i knjige o TA, bivša je predsjednica ITAA-e i EATA-e, a trenutno je urednica novog EATA-inog međunarodnog časopisa za TA istraživanja (International Journal for TA Research). Julie vodi programe s područja razvojne TA u Velikoj Britaniji, Ukrajini i Poljskoj.

Relacione potrebe u kontekstu obrazovanja  

U ovoj radionici relacione potrebe ce biti predstavljene kao važna komponenta u obrazovanju i  treningu.. 
U TA literaturi prvi put opisane od R. Erskine, relacione potrebe se posmatraju kao potrebe koje klijenti osecaju i teze da ih zadovolje. Na taj nacin oni oblikuju odnose prema bliskim osobama.

U ovoj radionici prvo cemo posmatrati relacione  potrebe koje se javljaju u kontekstu obrazovanja i treninga. Prvo potrebe ucenika, studenata – onih koji uce. Videcemo kako treneri i profesori na njih mogu odgovoriti. Posebnu paznju posveticemo mogucnostima koje pruzaju didaktika i metodika nastave.
Zatim cemo se posvetiti pitanju da li i  ucitelji imaju relacione potrebe? Kakvog smisla imaju one i kako sa njima postupati? Da li je eticki u redu  imati relacine potrebe kao uciteljica?
Moj odgovor je "Da, to je neizbježno. I ukoliko je u skladu da ulogom ucitelja -to je normalno i korisno“ ".

Relational needs in the context of education
In this workshop relational needs will be presented as an important component in education and training.
In TA literature, first described by R. Erskine, relational needs are viewed as the needs that customers feel and ones they pursue to satisfy. In this way they form relationships to loved ones.

In this workshop we will first observe the relational needs that arise in the context of education and training. First, the needs of pupils, students - those who learn. We will see how coaches and educators can respond to them. We will pay special attention to possibilities that didactics and teaching methodologies offer.

Further on, we will address the question: Whether educators also have relational needs? What is their purpose and how to deal with these needs? Is it ethically okay to have them in the role of an educator?
My answer is "Yes, it is inevitable. And as long as it is in relation with the role of the educator – it is normal and useful." 

Trainer: Nevenka Miljkovic, PTSTA (E), born and raised in Belgrade, now lives and works in Germany for the last 25 years. She is the Director of the Institute for educating elders in Germany.

Psihoterapijski rad sa introjektima braće i sestara

Značaj skriptne relacijska psihodinamike koja uključuje introjekte braće i sestara klinički je očita ali možda donekle nije dovoljno naglašena u suvremenoj  psihoterapiji uključujući transakcijsku analizu. Ovu radionica je prvenstveno istraživanje introjiciranih odnosa sa braćom i sestrama u kojoj su učesnici pozvani u aktivnu suradnju svojih odnosa u pogledu stilova vezivanja;

Ukazat ću na neke strategije i intervencije na relacionu dinamiku koja je tipično sistemska i odražava odnos sa roditeljskim autoritetima. 

 

Sychotherapevtic work with intojects of brothers and systers.

The relational relevance to script issues involving introjects of brother and systers is clinical evident, but perhaps  its imprtance in current TA psyhotherapy and  also in others approches is often not accented enough.
I wantt you to frame this workshoop mostly as a resurch one on the introjected relationships to brothers and systers in witch you participate activly  as as resurchers with me. I ll also point out aspects on topics that might be relevant to therapists in dealing with script issues involving clients telation to brathers and systers. Participants will be invited to explore thair relationship in relation to tipical attachment stiles:

1 cooperative crating aliance and belonging

2 competitive 

3. resentfull

4. disturbative 

I ll point some attention in interveening strategies to  the relational dynamic between brother and systers to wath appears to be tipicaly systemic and reflecting the relationship to parent figures.

 Redefinisanje odnosa prema ljubavi
*Redecision u svetlu narativne teorije* 

Za mnoge ljude slika partnerstva ima karakteristike roditeljskih stilova u ljubavi. Ponekad je ona disfunkcionalna. 
Disfunkcionalne slike, vizualizacije i snovi -vode disfunkcionalnim izborima, vrednostima i ishodima u ljubavi.
Suprotno od toga ako ste svesni autenticne potrebe ona je put ka funkcionalnim izborima i izbagavanju emotivnih povreda.
Mi rekreiramo svoje snove- iskustvom sa patnerima, dodajemo nove vrednosti koje odgovaraju realnim i autenticnim potrebema ili  kreiramo nove iluzija i zablude.
Tokom workshopa bice diskutovano i kroz iskustvene vezbe analizirano, kako konstruisemo znacenja o svom emotivnom zivotu 
i kako je moguce re-kreirati koherentnu pricu o svom emotivnom zivotu koja vodi svesnim , funkcionalnim izborima i odlukama.

Marina Banić, psiholog (diplomirala psihologiju na Filozofskom fakultetu u Beogradu), CTA psihoterapeut, TSTA-P trener i supervizor u naprednom treningu za TA.
Bila je u upravnom odboru Evropskog Komiteta EATA-e - Evropske asocijacije za Transakcijsku analizu. Također, bila je predsjednica Srpske asocijacije Transakcionih analitičara - SATA od 2000 do 2007.
Marina je direktor ICTA - Internacionalnog Trening Centra za TA u Beogradu. Osim njenog rada u psihoterapiji, vodi radionice za lični razvoj i unapređenje komunikacionih stilova, razvoj kreativnosti i efektivnosti u različitim profesijama.
U zadnje dvije godine održala je više od 100 radionica u bazičnom i naprednom treningu TA u Beogradu, Parisu, Skopju, Podgorici i Budvi za preko 300 učesnika.
Prezentirala je radionice o primjeni TA u grupnoj terapiji u kriznim životnim situacijama na konferencijama u San Francisku (1995), Parisu (2000) i Timisoaru (2004). Prezentirala je na EATA Ljetnim školama u Ljubljani, Skopju, Miločeru i Beogradu

Redefinition of love

For many people partnership has characteristics of their parents’ partnership model of love. Sometimes this parent’s model is dysfunctional.
Dysfunctional images, visualizations and dreams drove to dysfunctional choices, values and outcomes in love relationship. Opposite, if we are aware of our authentic need we drove a pat to adequate choices and escape emotional suffers.
We recreate our dreams trough experience with partners, we ad new values who suits to realistic and authentic needs or we create new illusions and mistaken opinions.  
During workshop trough experiential exercises it would be discussed and analyzed how we construct meanings about our emotional life and how is possible to recreate coherent story about personal emotional life which leads to conscious and functional choices and decisions.

Marina Banic is Psychologist (graduated in psychology on Belgrade's Faculty of Philosophy), CTA Psychotherapist and TSTA-P trainer &supervisor in Advanced training in TA.She was a Chair of European Connection Committee of EATA- European association for Transactional analysis and she was President of Serbian Association for Transactional Analysis – SATA from 2000-2007. 
Marina  is Director of ICTA- International Training Canter for TA, in Belgrade.Beside her work in psychotherapy she runs workshops  for personal development and improving communication styles, creativity and effectiveness for different professionals in helping professions . 
In last two years she was running more than 100 workshops in Basic and Advanced training in TA in Belgrade, Paris, Skopje, Podgorica and Budva, with more than 300 participants. 
She had presented workshops about the applying TA group therapy in situations of life crisis on the conferences in San Francisco 1995, in Paris 2000 and Timisoara 2004, and she was presenter at the EATA Summer schools in Ljubljana, Skopje, Milocer and Belgrade.
